The American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA), Birmingham Chapter, may be awarding one or more scholarships annually. The Scholarships range from $500 to $1500.
The Foundation, ASWA national scholarship sponsor, will award a 2-year scholarship and undergraduate scholarship. Our chapter will select applicants to be considered for these awards and forward to The Foundation.
Scholarship applicants must be attending a four year accredited college, university, or professional school of accounting, unless as otherwise noted specified.
Scholarship applicants must also major or have an emphasis in accounting with a full-time student status. Full-time status is determined based upon the most recent semester completed, according to the official transcript records submitted by the applicant.
