The Birmingham Chapter of ASWA provides scholarships to local women who are in the accounting and finance field of study.  We have events during the year to raise money for our Scholarship Fund.  These events include September CPE classes, a joint education program with University of Alabama - Birmingham, and our Public Relations meeting.  A portion of the proceeds from these events are designated for our Scholarship fund.  We also have fundraisers to help support the cause.   If you have a suggestion for a fund raiser or you would like to donate money toward the Scholarship Fund, please contact us at General@BirminghamASWA.org.
